We also seek to alleviate Real Estate Agents burdens in trying to handle negotiations with multiple lenders while still trying to do their "regular job" of listing, marketing and selling real estate. Since a couple of our original founders were Top Producing Affiliate Brokers, we absolutely understand how an agent is set up for failure by trying to "wear two hats" and ultimately....the agent's business and homeowner's success is in serious jeopordy of failing. We are the third party that works with the homeowner and agent to handle all negotiations and settlments with the lenders to acheive a successful short sale.

Our leadership team consists of individuals who have been and continue to be successful in the fields of law, finance, project management, accounting, real estate and loss mitigation. We are committed to providing 100% satisfaction and we seek the following for every case we manage:

• Commit that the homeowner will have no out-of-pocket expenses
• Work to postpone a foreclosure if the process has already begun
• Negotiate with the lender(s) to allow the property to be sold for less than the outstanding mortgage balance
• Make every attempt to negotiate a settlement in full, with no future amount owed to the lender
• Work with your real estate agent to successfully price, market and negotiate with a Buyer for the property
• Work with the title attorney, closing agent and real estate agents to successfully and cleanly close the purchase
• Make it affordable and sensible for the real estate agent and/or Buyer to use us to help them close deals and grow their business.
